Facebook/Instagram

  • Recommended image size: 1080 x 1080/1200 x 628
  • No maximum size restrictions
  • Image ratio: 9:16 to 16:9 (no link involved), 1.9:1 to 1:1 (if there is a link)
  • Images no more than 20% text
  • Image file types: .jpg or .png (Note: animated GIFs accepted but uploaded as a video ad)
  • Text: 125 characters (if there is no link)
  • Headline: 25 characters (any more will appear truncated)
  • Link Description: 30 characters
  • Facebook/Instagram stories: 1920 x 1080

LinkedIn

  • Ad image type and size: 1200 x 627
  • Upload a JPG or PNG file that’s 5MB or smaller
  • Introductory text: 150 max characters for mobile (desktop max of 600 characters)
  • Headline: 70 characters max to avoid truncation on mobile devices (200 max characters)
  • Description: Use approximately 100 characters to avoid truncation on mobile (300 max characters)
  • Call-to-action (optional): Access to various CTAs.

Twitter

  • Image width/height: 1200 x 600 pixels, larger images will be better optimized for when users click to expand images. If height exceeds the width, it will be cropped to 1:1.
  • Desktop: Any aspect between 2:1 and 1:1 is acceptable
  • Mobile: 16:9
  • Tweet copy: 280 characters. Each link used reduces character county by 23 characters, electing 257 characters for Twitter copy

Display

  • Common creative dimensions: 120 x 600/160 x 600/180 x 150/300 x 250/300 x 600/320 x 50/468 x 60/728 x 90
  • Supported file types: JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, SVG, WEBP
  • Headline 1/2/3 - 30 characters
  • Description 1/2 - 90 characters
